MyONLINE*PASPORT is the passport renewal application and payment online through the internet.

Through MyONLINE*PASPORT,Payment can be made online by using direct debit facilities (FPX), or credit card.
(Payments via FPX is stopped for maintenance until further notice.)

Passport issuing process will take 2 hours depending on collection office, date and time of collection that are chosen when applied through MyONLINE*PASPORT.


TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. If the information provided by applicants when filling the application form MyONLINE*PASPORT is not true or inaccurate and not in accordance
to the TERMS & CONDITIONS stated will caused the ' APPLICATION REJECTED’ and ‘FEES WILL NOT BE RETURNED’.

2. Applicants must upload a recent passport size photo taken within 3 months before the date of application.

3. The applicant must be present at the selected Immigration Office for collection.
Representative and changes to the Collection Office are NOT ALLOWED.

4. Applicants under 18 years :
a. Consenting guardian must be present during passport collection.
b. Only application with the consenting guardians name that are already in the system can apply through MyONLINE*PASPORT,
if the consenting guardian is not in the system or there is a change of consenting guardians, please proceed to our nearest immigration office.
Applicant need to bring their birth certificate for application.

5. Application Permitted:
a. Application for renewal under normal circumstances only.
b. Passport must in good condition (no stain, exposed to water or torn) and is a biometric passport.
c. Application is only permitted for child above 12 years old.

6. Passport Fees :
a. RM100 for 2 Years
b. RM300 for 5 Years
c. Half Price Fees
i. RM150 for 5 years
*** Half Price Payment Eligibility for child under 12 years old when submitting applications

7. Collection :
a. The applicant must be present to the selected Immigration Office with payment receipts and supporting documents according to the following categories:
i. Applicants 18 years and above - Identity Card and existing Passport
ii. Applicants under 18 years - Guardian with Identity Card, Birth Certificate of Applicant and existing Passport
